Soaring with the birds is the best experience and challenge I've ever had.
You're pulled up to 300-400m by a winch wire with an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in about 2 seconds.
After the tow release, you are searching for upwinds (thermals) to gain altitude and glide cross country.
I've started my pilot education in August 2003 in Tølløse Flyveklub and managed to go solo in less than 2 months after 47 starts.
I got my Glider Pilot certificate in May 2004 and in August I went on a talent course in Arnborg.
In June 2005 I took the Flight Instructor course on the danish gliding center Arnborg.
